AUDIT CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:

The environmental compliance audit is evidence based and makes recommendations based on audit findings. These include:

1. Regular and reasonable implementation of measures to ensure and enforce the environment, human health and public safety in accordance with laws and regulations
2. Whether legal acts, regulations, standards, ordinances, permits, licenses, and agreements have been complied with organization's internal guidelines, instructions, criteria, policies, and plans.
3. Whether an organization follow operational management for compliance with standards, defined clear responsibilities, tight schedule and implementation of clear principles
4. Is the terms of the permit, license, or contract clearly stated who has what rights, what measures to take, what methods to use, and what responsibilities and penalties to impose in order to ensure the implementation of the law?
5. Is there a training and awareness program for law enforcement officers and the general public to engage them and get their support?
6. Is the organization of regular disclosure of environmental information, action plans, annual reports on implementation, measures taken in case of violation or non-compliance, and penalties imposed on relevant organizations and the public?
7. Whether environmental monitoring is carried out taking into account changes and trends in environmental quality by linking the current state of the environment to the past and the future.
